Dear Rahul,

We are pleased to appoint you to the position of Senior Software Engineer at Acme Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") effective from your joining date on 01 September 2026 on the following terms and conditions:

Your total Annual Cost to Company (CTC) will be INR 12,00,000/- per annum, payable in monthly installments subject to statutory deductions including Provident Fund (EPF), ESI, Professional Tax, and Income Tax (TDS) as applicable under Indian tax laws.

You will be on probation for a period of 6 Months from your date of joining. The Company reserves the right to extend the probation period based on performance evaluation.

During the probation period, either party may terminate this employment by giving 15 days' written notice. Post-confirmation, either party may terminate employment by giving 90 Days prior written notice or gross salary in lieu thereof, subject to mutual agreement and operational clearance.

You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information of the Company to any third party during or after your employment. All inventions, software, designs, and work products created by you during the course of employment shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Company.

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and applicable State Shops and Commercial Establishments legislation.
