Dear Siddharth,
This is to inform you that your employment with Zenith Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is being terminated effective from the close of business hours on 31 August 2026 following the conclusion of your Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) evaluation.
In accordance with your employment contract and applicable statutory provisions, you will receive 1 Month Gross Salary in lieu of notice + Leave Encashment as part of your Full and Final (F&F) settlement, along with earned wages, gratuity (if eligible), and statutory bonus dues.
You are required to surrender all company assets in your possession (including ID card, laptop, access cards, and documentation) to the HR department on or before your effective date of separation to obtain clearance.
You are reminded that your non-disclosure obligations regarding proprietary company information survive the termination of your employment.
